Your worker notice explains the purpose and retention of the data before enrolment. Templates are scheduled for deletion when a worker leaves; required time records remain.

Do I need to buy a special clock-in device?
No. Werktyd runs in a browser on a phone, tablet or PC. Many teams start with an older Android device mounted at the gate.
What happens if a worker does not want face recognition?
They use their PIN. The PIN option is part of the normal product, not a reduced version of it.
Can staff clock in away from the main gate?
Yes. You can use multiple kiosks, Telegram clock-in and GPS work zones. Patrol checkpoints are available for guard routes.
Which payroll formats can I export?
Werktyd provides Excel and CSV exports, plus formats for Sage Pastel, Sage VIP Premier and SimplePay.
